Ingredients:
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup warm water as needed
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 175C 350F
Almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl
To the dry ingredients, add the eggs and apple cider vinegar and stir thoroughly
When a dough forms, gradually add warm water while mixing
Roll each of the six equal portions of dough into a long rope shape
Put each rope into a pretzel shape and arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, in a preheated oven
Take out of the oven and allow it to cool down a little before serving
