5-Min Vegan Choc Crunch Cups

You only need 4 things to make these quick and easy vegan chocolate crunch cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth

Stir in almond butter and maple syrup until well combined

Fold in the rice cereal until evenly coated

Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners or silicone molds

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes
