Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup gluten-free salsa
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade
Place the pork belly strips in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or marinate overnight for best results
Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat
Remove the pork belly strips from the marinade and grill them for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized
Warm the gluten-free corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side
