These Keto Ham Asparagus Rolls are a delicious low-carb appetizer or snack option. The combination of savory ham, creamy cheese, and tender asparagus makes for a satisfying bite.
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of ham
- 16 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Blanch asparagus spears in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking
In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of ham
Place 2 asparagus spears at one end of each ham slice and roll tightly
Arrange the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 10-12 minutes until ham is slightly crispy and filling is warmed through
